Trainer : Peter Snowden

Peter Snowden, Scone born and bred was a former jockey who had his riding career cut short by injury.
He went on to become assistant trainer to John Hawkes at Crown Lodge for many years before taking over the top job in 2007.
In 2008, Jack and Bob Ingham sold the Crown Lodge and Woodlands Stud empire to Sheikh Mohammed. As a result Peter Snowden was offered and accepted the job as head trainer for Darley Australia.
Snowden claimed his maiden Group 1 success with Forensics in the 2008 Queen Of The Turf Stakes the first of 28 major's for Darley over six years, going on to win the Sydney Trainers' Premiership during the 2009/10 season.
