Winning Trainer: Chris Waller
On the race: "I think Aeliana won this race last year and she went on to great things and is still getting better and she's running in the Cox Plate next week."
On Panova's potential: "This is a lovely filly and I think she'll get better over further, maybe not Derby distance but she'll certainly get out to a mile."
On his upcoming Everest runners: "They're good. It's a big prestigious race. All we hope from a coach's point of view is that your team go out on the field in the best possible shape and I can tell you they are, which is fantastic."
"We've done our job, we just need a little bit of luck in running, just like any other sport, you need a bit of luck on the day but they're really good, especially the ones in The Everest."
On the track conditions: "It's good to see Panova coming from the back of the field, that's just going to show it's going to be an even day of racing. They've done a fantastic job with the track. If it stays like this we'll be having a lot of fun."
Winning Jockey: Tommy Berry
On the track playing fairly: "I wasn't surprised by that. I was worried coming into the meeting that it would be too firm with them not getting as much rain as they expected last night, with the strong winds."
"But it showed they did all the right work at the start of the week because that is the best track you will walk in anywhere in the world. It just had a beautiful bit of cushion and because it's not an overly hot day that should hang around for the remainder."
On the win: "A very good win by this filly, she's been building up to this. She's going to get over a lot further than 1400m and getting to a big track like Randwick was key to her winning today."
Beaten Jockeys:
Tim Clark (Kakadu Sunset): "I thought it was a good honest effort from her."
Dylan Gibbons (Profoundly): "Super run. Once she gets out over further, you will see a better filly again."
Jay Ford (Snitzel Dancer): "She began well. I committed to going forward and she was made to earn her spot. She was vulnerable late."
Rachel King (Lady Pankhurst): "Just had to do too much work from out wide. Cost her that last 100m."
Zac Lloyd (Samarelle): "She went really well. I think 1400m will be short of her best so for her to do that was a good stepping stone."
James McDonald (Chatterley): "She has gone really well. Didn't have a lot of luck at the 400m. She would have run close."
Kerrin McEvoy (Miles Of Glory): "I thought she ran well. She will be improved by maybe a little bit further and will be better again in the Autumn as well."
Ashley Morgan (Emalyn): "Just fired up a bit today. She will be OK. Just next prep."
Michael Dee (Lighthouse Lass): "Nice effort. She is still very immature but once she puts it all together, she will be winning races."
Jason Collett (Fullalove): "Tough run from the gate. Pressure early too so it told late."
