In England over the weekend

At Newmarket the Sun Chariot G1 for the f&m over 1600m saw Fallen Angel (they really must change her name – maybe "Risen Angel"?) continue her winning ways finishing ahead of Blue Bolt and Cinderella's Dream.

At Ascot there were 2 G3s with the Cumberland Lodge being the first of them over 2000m but with only five runners with Al Qareem having an easy canter to win by 6 lengths over Tenability.

The Bengough over 1200m at least had 9 runners and the soft going suited Annaf who just got the nose in front of Apollo One 11/1 and Sugar Bay 16/1 was third.
