It's always interesting when jockeys maintain the ride on a horse next time out over a different trip and I can only imagine Jason Watson felt this colt was screaming out for a mile on the back of that effort. He's back on board at Leicester this afternoon, with the pair stepping up an extra furlong.

A 1lb drop in the weights certainly will not harm his case, while this also represents an ease to Class 6 level for the first time. The combination of dropping to Class 6 company over a mile can work the oracle here.
