Race Summary: ALESIAN BEAU was consistent without winning in Gauteng. That form is good enough to win on local debut trying the Polytrack. JET QUERARI is unreliable but he is also quite capable of winning on local debut on this surface. STAR TROOPER is not reliable but might play a minor role this track and distance. DEVOTED was a disappointment in his first two starts but could benefit from a change of trainers. TIMELINE and SOMBREUIL have both shown improvement of late and can also contest the finish. BUDDLEJA is speedy and can hang on for some minor money, maybe.

Race Summary: A very open-looking race. BOMBER BAY continues to be a disappointment but does have winning claims in this weak race. CADENZA was not disgraced on debut and should have a lot more to offer. PRICELESS PEARL was not disgraced on local debut and is not out of it. RED LHASA disappointed on local debut but can improve and be a threat. CITY OF PORT LOUIS is capable of improving after a change of trainer and trying the Polytrack so should be included in all bets.

Race 3
Race Summary: An interesting race. ROYAL KINGDOM has looked better the further he has gone so could relish this distance. He does, however, face some rivals who are on their favoured surface. ABOVE THE HORIZON has won twice on the Polytrack and was a good third last time out so must be respected for that. EAST COAST GIRL was not disgraced on the grass last time out and has been very effective on the Poltrack so should be right there at the finish. SUPREME JUDGE and ARLU have some fair recent form and are others to consider for the minor place.

Race 4
Race Summary: A very open race. Include as many runners as possible in bets like the Pick 6. BLACKBERRY BREEZE has run well in both local starts and could be ready to score. CORAL CREEK likes this surface but is unreliable. GOLD GUNNER is always a danger this course and distance. PALANCAR is improving and is clearly not out of it. PEDRO and GOLDEN GREY are better than they showed last time and are capable of causing an upset. THUNDER MASTER, ROTOTO and KING RAHUL are all capable of winning this course and distance.

Race Summary: A small field but a decent race. CLIFF TOP has struggled of late but was impressive on this surface earlier this year and could make all the running again. PARIS LASS has a couple of good runs this course and distance so is always a threat if allowed a soft lead. SWEETIE DARLING is not reliable but can make the frame this track and trip. ROMAN AGENT has been very good since changing trainers and should be right there at the finish. GOLDEN PAVILION has excellent form on this track and is capable of winning again.

Race Summary: TRIPPING THUNDER showed improvement last week at HWB Greyville and could win a race of this nature. FRENCH FLAME is knocking hard at the door and will be winning a race very soon. LUCKY SPIRIT is better than his last run and could earn some money. GALILEO STAR looks talented and would not be a surprise winner. WAROFDYNAMITE was a very easy maiden winner last time out and could have more to offer. DIAMOND JIM tackles stronger this time after his easy maiden win. THE ROARING ROCK was a disappointment last time out but does have Richard Fourie in the irons.

Race Summary: GORGEOUS CAPE makes her local debut and would not be a surprise winner. INDEBE MAYIBUYE is not reliable but is also not out of it. HAPPY WIVES was a well backed winner last time out with Richard Fourie riding. That jockey rides stable companion SMASHING this time so the hint is taken. SMASHING is consistent and should be very competitive again. ALEX MILLER is clearly not an easy ride and stops very late but should be a lively danger yet again. MARSHMALLOW and KILMONIVAIG are capable of playing minor roles.

Race Summary: WARRIOR OF ROYALTY is not reliable but is capable of winning on local debut after a change of trainer. WHATEVER NEXT has been struggling in better races than this and could be a threat. SILVONIAN is knocking loudly at the door and can be rewarded with a winning turn. RAVILIOUS has struck a purple patch of form and should be competitive once again. TRAVEL MASTER and AWAY WITH RED are better than they showed in their latest start and could earn some money.
