Race Summary: An interesting start to the card with a couple of them making their local debut trying the Polytrack. PALANCAR could prove the right one if running up to his form shown on the turf. FIZZLY BUBBLY is threatening to win a race and should be right there at the finish. BANDMASTER makes his local debut and would not be a surprise winner. MIO DESTINO is capable of improvement. KLEIN JAN and PARTY GIRL make their debut so watch the betting regarding them. ICED MARMALADE was well beaten on debut but that winner has won a couple of good races since then.

Race 2
Race Summary: Not too many can be safely ruled out of winning this moderate maiden race. LAUGH TILL I CRY has shown improvement of late and could be ready to score. OH MANDY has been a disappointment in that she has yet to win a race but is capable of contesting the finish. BIRD ON A WING has not been beaten far in her local runs and is not out of it. FANTASY GIRL was not beaten far when last seen on this surface. LANA VIEW and GOLDEN CROC are capable of improvement.

Race Summary: GLOBAL SCENE has improved since stepped up in distance. She was outpaced late by an improving gelding last time and could be better than her modest rivals. WELSH STARLET is unreliable but can earn some money. PRESERVE FOREVER seems to like this surface so could be a threat. CHEAP THRILLS is holding her form and should contest the finish. VINO RIOJA tries this distance and could make vast improvement.

Race Summary: WALKINTHEWILDSIDE is not an easy horse to ride but she has been unlucky of late. With luck in running she can go one better. AMAZING COLOURS and BACK FOR MORE are not in the best form but are capable of earning some money. THREE CHEERS is in the form of her life and an obvious danger. FLIGHT DISPLAY, LADY ZULTANITE and DARLING HARBOUR are all capable of running well on this surface and could contest the finish.

Race Summary: A very competitive handicap. HAARLEM did not stay last time out in a better race than this. He was in good form before that and does like this surface. STAR COIN makes his local debut trying the Polytrack and is not out of it. SLAINTE MHATH and GEORGE HANDEL are in good form and have leading claims. ROLL OF THE DICE is always a threat if allowed a soft lead. ANATOLIAN SILVER is capable of scoring if at his best.

Race 6
Race Summary: Probably the most open race on the card. FIRE ALARM seems to like this surface and might pop up and score at a decent price. VALERIAS DREAM is better than what she met last time and can upset. STRATA has lost her way after some pleasing form earlier this year. MARSHMALLOW reminded us what she is capable of with a good win in her latest start. STRANGE MAGIC and GREENLIGHT DANCER are both coming off improved performances and are not out of it.

Race 7
Race Summary: Another competitive handicap. CHILI BOMB did not like the turf last time and was in good form on this surface before that and can bounce back to score. Stable companion FINAL TRY has some fair recent form and does have S'manga Khumalo in the irons. ONE SCOTCH can improve on some modest recent runs. ROSE OF BAYEUX has been running in better races than this recently. TINTAMARRE and SILVER TYCOON are both coming off brave wins and are not out of it. CHARLIE MALONE remains in good form and is another to consider.

Race Summary: The usual dish of big field tough handicap for this last race. ALEX MILLER was an easy winner on local debut and could have more wins in his tank. MISS SHAIVI showed improvement last time out and has a good draw. JAMBO SANA is capable of an upset if the pace is strong. LADY LUCK has won two of her last three starts and is not out of it over a course and distance that suits. DANCING IN WINTER, COURAGEOUS, ICE CAP and BENEATH THE MOON are all capable of winning.
