Race 1
Race Summary: NAUTICAL LANDING wasn't disgraced over further last time. She is back over a more suitable distance and having gone close on the poly she could get the job done. To add to her chances she has been given gate one. JET LAVISH also has decent form. She ran a cracker on the poly in her penultimate but has drawn widest. HER ROYALTY turned in a decent run on the turf and if bringing the form to the poly she could be right there. PULL A FAST ONE is well-bred and could improve on her form with maturity.

Selections:
#8 Jet Lavish, #1 Nautical Landing, #5 Her Royalty, #2 Pull A Fast One

Race 2
Race Summary: ALWAYS SHINING has run well on both poly and turf. He was unlucky in a three-way close call last time and may finally have an easier task. DEPUTY CHIEF improved on his debut effort when given more ground and the polytrack. He should prefer this longer trip. His formline has also worked out well. THE OCTAGON ran an encouraging race on local debut and is set to make good improvement. NATIONAL AWARD finished just behind him in only his second start and must be respected even if having drawn a bit wide.

Selections:
#3 Always Shining, #6 Deputy Chief, #7 The Octagon, #9 National Award

Race 3
Race Summary: CAPTAIN CASEY has run with some of the best around. He wasn't disgraced on his poly debut last time and must improve. He is best weighted. SPELLING BEE looks to have much more to come. He is holding form and could relish the poly. Stablemate ROYAL SWAN MASTER loves the poly and should make his presence felt with blinkers fitted. OFFICER IN COMMAND won a thriller last time and could be anything on the poly. He has drawn in stall one and must be afforded the utmost respect. DOWN BY THE RIVER has matured and rates the dark horse.

Selections:
#3 Spelling Bee, #6 Captain Casey, #1 Officer In Command, #5 Royal Swan Master

Race 4
Race Summary: MISS PAGET was in good from before a rest. If she is ready she could make it three in a row, but she takes on a strong field. ZINIKELE boasts a powerful finish on the poly, has drawn well and has fitness on her side. Watch out for SIMPLE SIMPLE who, on running style, should enjoy the poly. She needed her last run and stripping fitter could give PERILLA - who won a nice race last time - a bit of a go.

Selections:
#3 Miss Paget, #2 Zinikele, #8 Perilla, #5 Simple Simple

Race 5
Race Summary: MAGICAL VIEW ran on well to finish a decent second after a rest showing that she is still improving. If she takes to the poly she could add another win to her tally. Fellow three-year-old BEAUTIFUL RANIA was a decent fourth on poly debut after an easy maiden win. She was also tried in a Grade 2 as a juvenile and merits the utmost respect. POURSOMESUGARONME wasn't disgraced when taking on males last time but a wide draw makes it tough. ARVERNIAN GODDESS has drawn pole position and could get away having matured. More can earn.

Selections:
#5 Magical View, #6 Beautiful Rania, #9 Poursomesugaronme, #1 Avernian Goddess

Race 6
Race Summary: MISTER NIBBLES hasn't done badly since winning his maiden. After a decent run on the turf he should enjoy being back on the poly. IRISH LUCK got a lot closer last time. He could find that little bit more for the win as his yard is in good form. BALLY MAGIC was in solid form before a no show over further. He has gate one and could bounce back. KNIGHT WARRIOR is never one to take lightly. He has a strong finish if the race is run to suit. Watch out for MOVE TO PROVE who, although winning in workmanlike fashion, should improve given time.

Selections:
#2 Mister Nibbles, #3 Irish Luck, #1 Bally Magic, #4 Knight Warrior

Race 7
Race Summary: AFRICAN SKYLINE looks to have found form and may get back to winning ways soon. He enjoys the track but will need to jump on terms. PROUD MASTER got his confidence boosted with a gutsy win and even though rising in task could repeat. COIN SPINNER has the best of the draw. He could improve on his lone poly run. TREAD SWIFTLY and SMORGASBORD are both coming back from layoffs but are very capable and need to be closely watched. WINTER WAVES had things go wrong and with DIANI needs to be kept onside on the poly.

Selections:
#6 African Skyline, #7 Proud Master, #1 Coin Spinner, #3 Tread Swiftly

Race 8
Race Summary: BRASS BELL hasn't been far off at the finish over 1400m. The last time he ran over the course and distance he won. MAC HARDY was unlucky not to beat him then and was most unlucky as he stumbled badly in his last start. Luck might be on his side this time. LOU LOU THE LEGEND caught the eye in his last start but has a task from another wide gate. BRAVE VOYAGER, PHAKA IMALI and recent winner MASTERBLING need to be considered in all bets.

Selections:
#6 Brass Bell, #8 Mac Hardy, #10 Lou Lou The Legend, #2 Brave Voyager

Race 9
Race Summary: PANTEA is holding form and would be deserving. She has much in her favour but will need to get the timing right over 1200m. PRANKSTER secured a better draw this time. She wasn't far off from wide gates in her last two. PRETTY NALIA ran a cracker last time and if not minding the drop in distance could finally score on the poly for the first time. DRIVE BY and PUFF OF SMOKE are also capable of strong finishes and need to be respected. PURPLE FLOWER and PERFECT TRUST (drawn widest) need to be considered for trifectas and quartets.

Selections:
#9 Pretty Analia, #1 Pantea, #3 Prankster, #10 Drive By

Best Win: #3 SPELLING BEE
Best Value Bet: #6 BRASS BELL
Best Longshot: #6 BRASS BELL
