Six year old, Popeyethesailorman returned with a resounding win when produced second up last start and is on track to repeat the dose in the 1020m Class 3 contest this Saturday.

Popeyethesailorman  performer sustained a bleeding attack in the 5YO Wilyah Silver Bowl in February prior to resuming with an eye catching 2nd at big odds on August 2.  The Nick Selvan trained performer recaptured the form he displayed early last season when sprinting away to defeat YES MAN by 1.75 lengths on August 17 over Saturday's journey.

POPEYETHESAILORMAN will strike a similar lineup which includes YES MAN as he targets his fifth win at start number ten.
