Promising galloper LATIN LEGEND should continue his rise through the grades when he steps out in the 1800m Stayer Stakes A contest at Kuala Lumpur on Sunday.

Since winning at his local debut in a Max Two Stakes event over 1200m back in May, Latin Legend  has shown rapid improvement with his versatility in the higher grades. The five year old asserted himself in a Supreme B contest here on July 6 with an impressive victory over the mile, defeating Selangor Mile runner up Good Star in the process.

Arriving in Malaysia one time winner, the Irish bred grey should handle the rise to 1800m for the first time and looks hard to beat from the outside barrier.
