RACE 1 - Fairly average maiden to start the day. IMPURITEZE (10) sat just off the pace on debut when hitting the line strongly to run fourth over 1300m at Wyong. Gets every chance today from the draw and just has to handle the conditions. Goes close. FEAZABEEL (3) specked in betting on debut when a plugging fifth over 1400m at Randwick. Further improved now and gets his chance. PRECISE STAR (6) chipped away late at debut when sixth over 1100m at Randwick Kensington. Back in grade with the blinkers going on. Expecting a better showing. OCEAN MARINER (5) Ocean Park gelding from Underthemoonlight on debut for the O'Shea & Charlton stable. Had the five trials leading into this and not to be underestimated.

RACE 2 - I AM A WINNER (1) resumes and gelded over the break. Placed here on debut before disappointing at his next three starts. Looks primed for this with the two sharp trial wins and leading rider booked. CELESTIAL GRACE (6) Deep Field filly from the stake's winner Lipizzan on debut for the Portelli stable. Has shown potential in all her trials and gets every chance from the low draw. CRYSTAL CONSPIRACY (7) D'argento filly from Just In The Clear on debut for the Portelli yard. Solid trial when third over 819m at Warwick Farm. Worth thought. KISS GOODNIGHT (10) not far away at her second race start when sixth over 1000m at this track. Small field can see her take a hand in the finish.

RACE 3 - O'INVINCIBLE (1) fourth run in today and indicated a win was imminent when a gritty on pace second over 1250m at Canterbury. Will appreciate Chambers' claim again in this easier contest. Hard to hold out. TONKATSU GODDESS (3) was rewarded for her consistency when sitting on the pace for a comfortable victory over 1200m at Gosford. Returned good figures on that occasion and gets a similar setup with the claim. Looks the main danger. ARTIEBETT (7) snagged back from the wide draw at her second run back when a disappointing ninth over 1000m at this track. She has two wins on the heavy surface and will relish the extra ground. Each way. SHIRLEY'S TRIBUTE (8) well placed on debut when a comfortable winner over 1200m at Bathurst. Will relish the going and not to be underestimated.

RACE 4 - THE EXTREME CAT (1) fitter now and finds a very winnable race today. Gave a glimpse of what he's capable of when surging late to run fourth over 1200m here. Key jockey change today and the 1400m is right in his wheelhouse. Ready to win. OCEANFRONT (2) is now under the care of Nacim Dilmi and is unbeaten second up. Excellent return with the 59kg when flashing late to run second over 1400m at Tamworth. Significant jockey change from the low draw and can play a leading role. TOM CRUISING (8) nabbed late over the mile here two starts back. Finds a weaker race after proving no match for Hooligan Tommy when ninth over 1600m at Newcastle. One for the exotics. SCISSOR ME TIMBERS (3) loves the conditions, and the blinkers come off for this. Deep into the prep and expected to bounce back.

RACE 5 - WILD THOUGHTS (2) trained locally and starting to put it altogether. Started a solid ($1.45 fav), at his second run back when a dominant winner over this track and trip. Finds a fairly average contest again and looks hard to stop. AFLOAT (3) sat on the solid tempo when proving too strong at his first run back, scoring over 1300m at Hawkesbury. Expected to go on with it now and placed at this track and trip. Serious player. ICEMAN (4) due for a change of luck after finishing in the minor money at four of his last five outings. Launched late with a game second to Cold Brew over 1400m at Newcastle. That form has been franked with Cold Brew winning in Midway grade last Saturday. Must be kept safe. GWENDIE (9) much better effort at her second run back when running on late to finish second here over the mile. Winkers go on and can get through the conditions.

RACE 6 - ENTITLEMENT (12) deep into her campaign and has her hoof on the till after proving no match for the promising Unusual Prospect when second over 2000m at Hawkesbury. Bayliss sticks from the good draw and should be able to get control early. Will take catching. PIERRO'S GIRL (13) frustrating mare quickly running out of chances. Chipped away late in the heavy conditions when second over 1750m at Muswellbrook. Goes up a level today but the extra trip is in her favour. SUPER ECLIPSE (14) lightly raced Waller mare who stretches out to this trip for the first time. Third up now after circling the field when a battling fifth over 1600m at Wyong. Tongue tie goes on and expected to handle the conditions. BLACK BUGATTI (3) is racing well and kept fresh for this. Strong through the line with Keatings' claim when second over 1850m at Newcastle on July 12. Tempo suits and sure to be thereabouts.

RACE 7 - COOL LAD (9) tough gelding proven in this grade. Kept fresh again after making ground late when fourth over 1200m at Wyong. Best form stacks up and gets through the rain-affected going. ALIGNED (8) down in class at his second run back when a well-deserved winner over 1200m at Gosford. Has further improvement to come and the Snowden yard is having a great run at present. MIRRA IMPACT (6) handy gelding resuming. Has a host of gear changes heading into this and the two trials had merit. Proven first up. GLENBOWER (4) kept fresh for this after returning from a lengthy spell with a fading last over 1200m at Gosford. Fitted with a recent 1045m trial at Randwick and expecting a better showing.

RACE 8 - VIN SANTO (4) resumed for his second campaign with a gritty on-pace third to Hillier over 1200m at Newcastle. That from has since been franked and he gets the blinkers and tongue tie added for the first time. Sure to be thereabouts. BARBAROSSA (6) resumes here and now in the Maher stable. Expected to have strengthened over the break after running fourth in the G3 The TL Baillieu over 1400m at Rosehill last April. Given the two trials and maps to get every chance from the good gate. Top three prospect. ABOVE THE LAW (5) three-year-old Harry Angel gelding from Martha Heights on debut for the Waterhouse & Bott yard. Not far away in his last two trials and the blinkers go on. POWERHOUSE (14) well-supported on debut when a narrow fifth over 1100m at Hawkesbury. Further improved and sure to be thereabouts.
