Busan Race 1: Class 6 (1200M) Special Weight A / KRW 45 Million

Juvenile maidens with six of the nine racing for the first time. (7) BEOLMAUI LAND was a close 5th on debut in a quick race over 1000M on October 4th, showing on pace. He should have come on for the run, and the experience is enough to give him the edge here. (2) PISTOL CUT showed on pace in her debut and while she did weaken, she too should have derived benefit from the experience and can be on pace here. Among the debut makers, (3) SEOGWI CREST ran 3rd in her latest trial coming from off the pace and 1200M can suit first up. (9) AEGIS CROWN and (1) SMART YULIM are other possibles in what is a very modest looking affair.

Busan Race 2: Class 6 (1400M) Handicap / KRW 30 Million

(5) SWORN QUEEN returned from five months out to run a solid 2nd over 1300M on October 17th. She should have come on for the run and already holding a 3rd place at this distance, she has every chance of coming out on top here. (2) OASIS RUBY was an improved 3rd at start number two over this distance on September 28th, starting slowly but quickly ridden up to be handy. She comes into a better gate and third-up she can be peaking. (1) DELEKOOMDA is another with a 3rd place to his name over this distance and from the inside gate he can settle behind the speed and challenge late on. (6) HANEUL GOLD and (3) FLARE UP are others with at least a placing chance.

Busan Race 3: Class 6 (1300M) Special Weight A / KRW 30 Million

(10) GEUMSEONG had a slightly poor day at the office when well fancied over 1200M on October 17th, starting awkwardly and then struggling to get back in contention with the pace strong. He still managed to finish 5th though and based on his previous 3rd and 2nd, he can be given another chance here. (11) SKYLAR JIYOU beat Geumseong when 4th in that October 17th race, settling midfield and running on. That was just his second start, and he can continue to make progress here. (4) COWBOY LOOK has finished 4th in both outings to date, both at 1000M and can be ready to step up in trip. (3) SHINING ONE and (1) DOCTOR ACE are others to consider.

Busan Race 4: Class 3 (1200M) Handicap / KRW 75 Million

(3) VANGIE enters off back-to-back 2nd places in two goes at this class at 1200M and 1400M, beating a few of today's rivals in the process. He has nine top two finishes from ten starts and while six of those have been as runner-up, in this company he draws well to be on the speed and he can win. (2) DOCTOR OSCAR is rarely far away and has plenty of experience at this level. She can race handy here and be a threat late on. (11) MAGARITA returns to action for the first time since May. She looked well in a trial at the start of the month and first-up for Thomas Gillespie, she may offer some each-way interest. (8) BLACK SPRING and (7) EUNBIT DAERO are both better than their respective latest efforts and are worth another chance.

Busan Race 5: Class 5 (1400M) Handicap / KRW 45 Million

Fillies only and while (6) SCYTHAI is yet to win, she will be the favourite here. From ten starts, she has four 2nd places and two 3rd places including each of her latest three, all at this class and distance. She has the fastest time among these for the distance, she draws nicely to race handy, and she should make her breakthrough. (1) SUN LIGHT is similarly a maiden, in her case after eight attempts but she has five top four finishes. She is up in class after back-to-back runner-up efforts, both at this distance and down in weight, nicely drawn, and with Seo Seung-un climbing on for the first time, she will have plenty of backers. (11) CHEOGANG TA BON may appreciate the step up in trip and warrants a chance on a place line, (7) DOCTOR CURLIN and the up in class and trip (9) FANTASTIC BOLT are others in the hunt.

Busan Race 6: Class 5 (1200M) Handicap / KRW 45 Million

(4) ENCORE got his win at start number two over this distance before having a spin around in a Listed race for juveniles where he finished 6th of eight. He returned to shallower waters with 3rd place at this class over 1300M on October 19th and he can return to winning ways today. (2) HEY BROTHER also went around last time around in a (different) Listed race for juveniles finishing 7th of eight but not disgracing himself. He was a super maiden winner over this distance at the end of August and is the main danger here with a great draw to get to the lead. There is a big drop off after those two. (11) BEST BOY was a class and distance winner at odds of 120/1 last time out slipping home up the rail. He is up 4kg on weight and while surely lightning won't strike twice, he warrants more respect. (3) GANGSEO BULPAE, second up after a lengthy absence, and (12) APDOJEOK NUMBERONE look next best of a limited rest.

Busan Race 7: Class 5 (1600M) Handicap / KRW 45 Million

(10) POWER TIME is accomplished over a mile with his sole win having come at the distance and also with three placings, including last time out on October 17th when 3rd coming from off the pace. He can settle just behind the speed here and he can win. That will mean overturning the form on (8) FLYING CHAMPION, who ran 2nd in that October 17th race, showing on pace throughout and finishing a length ahead of today's main rival. He doesn't get the services of Seo Seung-un this time but Song Kyeong-yun is an adequate replacement and he has been working back toward another win. Seo is on (11) ALL THE BEST. She had a poor day at the office when favourite for her first go at this class on October 26th over 1300M but was previously a strong winner over 1400M and the mile may suit under a light weight. Veteran (5) COLONEL FLYING along with (12) HEUIMANG GUNJU others in the placing frame.

Busan Race 8: Class 4 (1600M) Handicap / KRW 60 Million

(7) MEGA MACHINE was a class 5 winner over 1400M two starts back before finishing 3rd at this distance on his first try at this class on October 2nd, coming from well off the pace and beating a few of today's rivals in the process. He stays under a light weight, and he can win here. (4) FLASH PARK has a win over this distance, at class 5 level back in August. Since then, he has a 5th, again at a mile, and then a 4th over 1800M in two tries at this class. Seo Seung-un has ridden him on every start so far and he stays on here, and he can settle behind the speed and be a big threat. After a couple of average goes at 1400M, (6) UNJU CHALLENGE comes back to a distance at which she has a win and two runner-up finishes from four attempts, and she can be in the mix too. (10) WORLD HIT and (1) RIGHT CHAMP are the other main chances.

Busan Race 9: Class 4 (1800M) Handicap / KRW 60 Million

(8) INDY GHOST was a winner at this class and distance two starts back before running 3rd on October 26th, settling handy and running on. He is a three-time winner over the 1800M, and he can make it four here. (5) TOHAMSAN TAEYANG makes a quick return after being a beaten favourite last time out at class and distance on November 2nd when settling back and running on but missing. She did beat three of today's rivals and while up 2kg in weight, she shapes as the main danger. (12) FLYING THE KHAN was 4th behind Indy Ghost on October 26th. He is another previous winner at this distance, and he can be in the finish. (7) STELL LUNA will be on pace and can stay on to compete for the places with (11) BIG JAWS.
