Trainer Kazutomo Mori said: "This is her first overseas trip, but she has adjusted well to the new surroundings and we've been able to carry out all the planned training without any issues so far.  It's a very demanding race for a three-year-old filly, and it represents a significant challenge for her. We believe she will give her best effort."

Los Angeles has an easy workout on the all-weather track, clocking 28.8s, 29.3s and 28.6s (1m 26.7s) for 1200m.

Trainer Aidan O'Brien said: "Everyone seems very happy with everything, the horses travelled over well and have had a canter on the dirt and the grass this week. It's so far, so good. Both of them are drawn wide but hopefully they'll run good races."

 Urban Chic

Urban Chic did a canter around the all-weather track, followed by paddock schooling.

Trainer Ryo Takei said: "He showed no signs of fatigue from his recent workout and is in very good physical condition. Although he is a bit more keyed up mentally than he was before the final gallop, this is seen in a positive light. Up until now, he had been unusually calm for a horse like him, so this change is taken as a sign that he is shifting into racing mode."
