SAM HAWKENS

Galileo gelding for the all conquering William Haggas barn, who has such a good strike rate in Australia 
Won his past 2 starts in England over similar staying trips
Only lightly raced, open to further improvement , looks well graded against this lot 
Races best fresh, has travelled well by all reports 
Looks a very strong winning hope

MORE FELONS

Eye catching return to form when came from last for 4th in key lead up the Metroplitan 
Has been competitive in Melbourne Cups and over staying trips in England 
Not had a lot of racing since transferring to Waller barn in Australia but looks ready to peak after last start's performance

Then solid run in deep group 2 Shorts last start 
Great strike rate, tough to get past , always puts in 
4 weeks between runs ideal , barn confidence , will run a big race

Made good ground late in key lead up to Everest "The Shorts", behind Joliestar & Briasa - excellent form
