The biggest query on him now appears to be his race map from barrier 9 in this hot race which may force him to go back in the run while he also is yet to produce a stand out performance on a dry track. Conditions here today may not suit him perfectly.
Sandown: Race 2; #5 Jaguar Paw
Jaguar Paw sprinted for only 150m once clear on debut at Bendigo off a very slow tempo. He hit the line very well but will now likely be put into the race, rising up sharply in distance and that is a poor platform for success.
Eagle Farm: Race 6; #3 Town Crier
Will find this easier than last start however I thought with the perfect run he had last start he should have finished much closer at the finish. I am happy to risk him again until I see improvement.
