This looks as if it should be a hot race and especially if the track is playing as expected. Plenty of pressure is expected for those runners on speed which includes the resuming HIDDEN MOTIVE. He certainly has a winning chance but is 1st up here, despite running well 1st up previously he has never managed a win 1st up into a prep. Expecting he could win with the right run, but he may have improvement to come yet so there is value in risking him at the shorter price.

Doomben: Race 3; #7 Valedictorian 

Produced an average figure last start and I can't see him being good enough to beat the first two in the market who appear to be racing well.

GREYHOUNDS

The Meadows: Race 11; #8 Super Tone 

I thought Super Tone had every chance last start. He is well drawn in Box 8 but I could see him tiring in the closing stages. I'm hoping Ultimate Jewel can annoy Super Tone in the early stages because it's a race where I'm struggling to come up with a winner, so need some bumping to occur early.
