THOROUGHBREDS
Wyong: Race 6; #3 Monty Be Quick
Plenty of speed in this race which is part of the query for the race map of MONTY BE QUICK. He is resuming today but his better rated runs have come over longer trips, so here 1st up, he may find them a bit too sharp and looks more likely to improve deeper into the prep.
Warrnambool: Race 3; #9 Judge Jenni
Judge Jenni is getting fitter third-up and 2000m likely suits but I doubt there should be so much between her and Thurmond, who was backed as though he was the second coming first-up in Australia and hasn't delivered on that promise but has jumped out well for a new yard.
Warrnambool: Race 4; #14 Our Sassy Lady
She's been beaten a combined 20.2L in three runs back this prep, and she's been hard in the market in all of them. This is easier, but there's genuine concerns about her on a Heavy 9, so it's hard to make her favourite.
HARNESS
Penrith: Race 1; #6 Dougs Tribe
Dougs Tribe doesn't look likely to get any favours from the outside draw tonight. Able to lead and win last start, I think he faces a much tougher assignment tonight.
Penrith: Race 6; #10 Mizzz Adele
Mizzz Adele is racing well but its looks a tough task tonight for her from gate 10.
GREYHOUNDS
Sandown Park: Race 5; #8 Aston Freddie
Aston Freddie had a better draw and map in his heat run. This time he has drawn the carpark and he needs to not burn much energy in the early and middle stages of races to hold on to win. I can't see that happening here and will have to work hard to shrug them off mid race and that will likely take a toll late.
