The first of them is Naval Trader from the O'Dea/Hoysted yard.

The four-year-old has yet to miss a place and won at this distance two back at Sunshine Coast then only went under by half a length here last time.

He will be at peak fitness now so can atone.

David Vandyke's Beast Mode went forward and proved too strong when resuming last time out, scoring by 0.9 lengths at this track and distance.

He too has yet to miss the top-three and with added fitness on his side can continue to work through his grades.
