Progressive mare Gin 'N' Bitters has a sense of timing about her third up.
The Bill Healey-trained five-year-old ran on to be beaten just 1.3L at this track and trip first up then lifted her rating when runner up to handy mare Niedorp last time.
She has been kept fresh since but should be at her peak and looks to have found a winnable assignment.
The Cody Morgan-trained Ligulate can get punters off on the right note in the day's opener.
The gelding has placed at two of three runs this time in and was a real eye-catcher when running on to miss by just a nose at Sunshine Coast last start.
That will have brought him to his peak and he should get the favours from the inside draw so looks ready to win.
