Best From The West - April 7

The Dan Morton trained Dainty Tess went to the paddock in great form and remains a big watch fresh at Ascot on Saturday.
A distinct model of consistency, Dainty Tess has placed in 26 of her 31 starts and seven of her 10 career wins have come at Ascot.
Having raced against some of WA's best sprinters last time she enjoys a distinct drop back in grade and is very well placed under the set weights and penalties conditions.
From the inside draw she looks to get into a lovely position and Shaun O'Donnell has placed in both prior attempts aboard the mare.
Although she concedes a fitness edge, with only 63 days between runs she is sure to have a fair bit of residual fitness on her side.
No doubt this is a race the stable would have picked out months ago and she should prove very hard to beat.
Better than even money ($2.20) is being offered about her chances early doors which appears luxurious odds.
When assessing Timeform weight adjusted ratings she possesses a distinct edge and it's very easy to mark her odds-on - load
The Team Pearce trained Money Maher broke back into the winner's stall last start and appears set to relish the step up in trip in the Listed Melvista Stakes [2200m].
A dominant winner of the J.C. Robert Stakes [1800m], Money Maher notably gets the Bar Plates off for the first time, a key pointer which suggests the stable have him spot
On his best form he is very well placed and while I am scared stiff of Tellem We're Comin, Money Maher has a far better set up and does have class on his side.
Drawn favourably and he should prove very hard to beat.
