Best From The West - October 21

The Julie Clements trained Just Like Fire was left flat footed remaining at 1400m last start but appears set to relish the step up to 1800m at Ascot on Saturday.
Due to contest the final event, Just Like Fire really impressed first up when working home strongly to score at Belmont over 7 f.
While disappointing as favourite at her latest effort, she still closed off well and now appears set to peak racing third
Just Like Fire notably finished fourth in the Group 2 W.A.T.C. Derby [2400m] prior to a break, form which leaves her very well placed on Saturday.
From the wide draw she is likely to get back, but will be very strong late.
Shaun O'Donnell sticks aboard (placed 6/14) and Just Like Fire is sure to appreciate the return to Ascot - placed 5/9.
On best form she holds a clear class edge and should prove very hard to beat.

The Adam Durrant trained Disposition returned in a big way last start when too good in the Hannans Handicap at Kalgoorlie.
Carried the topweight on that occasion and is the highest rated Hannans winner this century.
In his first start for the Durrant camp Disposition recorded his first victory since October 2015 and its hard to see him taking a backwards step on Saturday.
Second up last preparation he was only narrowly beaten behind Rock Magic and if able to run up to that form on Saturday he is sure to be right in the finish.
The Wizard jumps off to ride Cosmic Storm which is some concern, however he has got it wrong in the past - here's hoping he has on Saturday.
